Routes in North Wasatch Region for selected grade

A few hidden holds through the roofs make this a memorable route for the grade.

Located on the north side of the gully and across from Upstairs. Optional gear between bolt 5-6

Obvious widening crack on right side

Rack to #2

Increasingly challenging climbing leads to crux at 4th bolt.

Last route encountered before southern cable traverse. Moderate climbing to bolt, thin face crux, & quality 5.9ish finish.

Standard rack to #0.75, passive gear.

Follow obvious bolts through stacked boulder bulges-roof-slab. Admittedly contrived the intent was to climb directly through the bulges but easier option exist. Be cautious following, run out through easy terrain.

Finishes on 1st bolt line leading to small pinnicle.

Opt. small/medium nuts

Climb through ledges & flakes to splinter hand crack. Be cautious of loos blocks on topout.

Var. (10dR): direct variation.

Small nuts/ micro cams to #2

Climbs below prominent overhang.

Climb west face right of overhang (PG13).

Rack to #3

Sustained climbing highlighted by two mantles. Can finish above or left anchors.

Excellent bouldery route around corner left of Lichen Life.

Thin slab climbing through 5 bolts avoiding the temptation to use the crack.

Standard rack for finish.

Slab right of hole. Several variations 5.9-5.10+R. Typically lead with cable as the only reliable protection.

Tricky corner & bulge movement. Bring long sling for second bolt.

Another thin climb.
