Ascents of Regular Route

Maybe the best route I have ever done. Approaching snow storm kept the crowds away. Such a great fun climb.

Great route. Every pitch offered classy climbing with a lot of pin scars. First pitch was a little slippery.

what a route! first few pitches offer quality climbing. crux was wet, made it pretty exciting. incredible view on top.

Incredible climbing. Loved the first two pitches. Linked 4 and 5, and 6 and 7. Used a 70m but think a 60 would work. Simuled 9 through 12. Classic!

Classic! Casual 6 hour ascent. Had the route basically to ourselves.

Got smoked out halfway up by the Rim Fire which drifted all the way to us. Decided to continue up and top out. Hazy and ominous early sunset that day.

Should be renamed Awesomeview Dome. Cold all day. No sun exposure 'til 2 or 3pm. Very windy. Hollow Flake var. totally worth it. P1 was 5.10a and very wet. Watch out for slow parties. Party below us took 3hrs on P1 and probably epic'ed (started 9am, still on P6 at 6pm). Fantastic stances for almost all belays.

Led P1, P3, P5, P7/8, P10/11 Followed P2, P4, P6, P9, P12

Epic approach in icy snow at 5am, had to cut steps with my nut tool! First pitch was climbed with gloves and crack was half filled with a frozen water streak at the crux. I fell... From Pitch 2 to the top, it was a BLAST! Led all the pitches, all clean apart from pitch 1. Stellar day out!

Team onsight. I lead the first 7 pitches as 4 using the 70m rope! Super fun route!! We simuled the last 3.
