Spicy crux for 11, lucky for the bolt!

Very cool, with some little bits of crack to practice (even finger locks!). Seconding Patrick at the end of the day — keen to jump on it on lead next time.

Nice easy top rope to finish the weekend off. Go-ey moves for an 11. Being tall and flexible helps at crux at bolt.

Followed Fred up his first trad lead. Done in approach shoes. P1 only.

The bottom crux felt 18. The top crux past the second bolt is scary for leader as invisible from ground above a ledge and at least a grade harder. Dave pointed to the good hold to top out. Definitely would not be physio approved…

Used a TR to inspect my mates gear placements. Also used as a chance to place gear on a harder route for me. Gear looked pretty great. Fun placement near the top for a threaded big green DMM nut. Crux for me was certainly the pinch move which I was matching on. Fun movement for the rest

By mistake we finished on the 18 on the left where the bolt is, an even more exciting overhanging finale.

The thin start wasn't easy in trail runners. The Pillars of Hercules were awesome

Tricky first move, which my human stick clip helped me with. After that some epic stemming.

The bouldery start has a much higher grade

2nd pitch only as previously climbed 1st pitch. A bit wandering/vague but choose your own adventure just make it a topout at the grade.

Fun climbing, had watched a previous party head up this.
