Day 6, final day of Mally tour. Fuj fell at crux on second pitch, popped RP and landed softly on ledge. Use the piton! Crazy finish up the chimney roof!

First solo during long day #4.

Route two of the day...

Had a rest at the crux, but made it thru all the moves...a few sessions and this should go... First dog on a 24 in many years.

Milage burn... Awkward finish with a full back pack...

Proving the variety of Djurrite... Even had a boulder problem sorry route. First at this grade for me on a long time... Super buzzed!

Felt really fluid.

Obviously only the final section onsight... Although I climbed the left Pinnacle at end which adds at least a few more metres at around grade 15.

Wow. Exhilarating, varied, challenging, exposed, and so much more. A true gem of a climb. Bringing the #5 was worth it despite only placing it on the last traverse, definitely provided some peace of mind. Perhaps my favourite climb yet, perhaps also one of the biggest sandbags I've climbed yet (even if it is an 'Arapiles 14').

Softie but I liked it.

Delightful in every way. Chris led the first pitch of this delectable outing. I led the second but accidentally linked pitch 2 and 3.... some epic drag made that strenuous corner quite a whale fest. Good times on a 34 degree day

Probably a bit soft for a gym climber if you read it right, I however absolutely butchered it. Thankfully managed to keep it together.

One of the best bits of climbing/ rock I’ve ever been on, 2x working laps. I think I did everything but the hard right hand shouldery move, but with better footwork that should be fine. Super stoked to train hard and try this when I’m back.

Some absurd 3d climbing to be had on each pitch, with each pitch one upping the one before. Pitch 3 providing the goods with a bit of a trutch opening up into a cave that combined the best of both worlds of cave climb and Telstar at the bluies. Roof chimneying never gets old

Last climb with Dad before he headed back to Sydney. Pretty adventurous at the grade but pitch two is the only one with really good climbing; pitch one being mainly access and pitch three being novel but a bit of a thrash. Finished with head torches and rushed back to the car so we could get into Nati for a pub dinner before 8pm. Great evening out and yet another iteration of my quest for roof chimneys.

Tried to onsight it but came up quite short. Went to the top and then had a TR burn to figure it all out. Pretty weird.

One off the life list. First go today. Fairly good but maybe not as classic as everyone says. I stopped at the first double bolts on pitch one so i could give Liz a better belay and because the next bit is kinda shit. We then climbed from here to the belay at the end of Masada as pitch two and from that belay to the top as pitch three. Seems like a good way to do it and means pitch two is the only average bit of climbing. Good value.
