Nice climbing apart from the "50% friend 50% foe" bush. The third pitch is nothing special (about as thrutchy as it looks). Take a number a couple of #4s (or a #5) for the top section.

Cool moves at the start, easy wide crack to finish. Also very worthwhile.

Pure handcrack. Definitely worth checking out.

Nice little layback. Probably a few grades harder than 12 though.

Dirty, but has some good moves and a surprisingly desperate finish.

Thesarvo suggests that it goes free at 21. Seems way harder then that though. Quite an aesthetic and sustained line.

Not bad for a squeeze chimney. Very cool move switching from the chimney to crack.

This line has serious classic potential (after a bit of cleaning). Sustained and varied with several awesome cruxes, but way harder than advertised. Felt at least as difficult as Ultrasound.

Steep and sustained. Could do with a little less shrubbery though.

P1 is a bit average, P2 and 3 are both really nice.

Super hard for a 21.

Bailed off one of the unnecessary bolts. Sticking to the off-width (rather than bridging) might bring the grade down, I'm not sure though. Still pretty burly.

A bit dirty but worthwhile. Several steep cruxy bits that felt pretty solid for a 20.

Wowee. The crux had better protection than I'd imagined, but it certainly wasn't any easier than I'd imagined. Classically bizarre awkwardness. No need for any gear bigger than a #3 or 4 (take tonnes of #2's though).

Only 7 or so meters of hard climbing. Nasty little finger locks. I was slightly concerned about the welfare of my digits if I were to fall.

The crux is super dirty. Might be good to brush it before leading.

Not bad. Would be a bit deathy on lead.

Full on. It might be possible to lead with a #4, 5 6, using the various cracks at the back of the chimney. Placing them could be challenge though...

Super tricky down low.

Nice and pumpy, but there's some horrendous rock that's very tempting to haul on.

Contrived but okay moves. Also seems stupidly hard for an 18.

This climb is currently close to impossible because of a large, spiky bush that's well established in the crack. If removed, it could make a nice pure crack climb, but from the looks of it, a fair bit of effort and some serious gardening equipment will be required.

Hard...

Good stuff but fairly easy for a pipes 18. I think I mangled the traverse and ended up going somewhere weird. The direct finish looks a little more pure (albeit vegetated).

Struggled and whimpered my way up through all the cruxy sections only to fall out of the hand crack at the top. Took a fairly elegant head-first swan dive (props to my trusty helmet for keeping me conscious) and elected to jug up the rap line for the rest of the route. Super technical thin jamming, but the occasional no-hands rests really save the day.

Had a go at leading it. Lost motivation very quickly.

Another spanking from the old bastard. Centimeters from the top jug.

One of the best. Both pitches are awesome and varied. Pitch two felt a couple of grades easier but had some really spectacular moves.

This thing deserves more love!

Can't get enough of that hand crack.

Nice to finally get it clean. Big and fisty.
