It's short and bouldery, but as described bolted. The start is on a ledge, so no one is ever going to actually climb it as a boulder without rope. In that case also it would be pretty much a free solo, so I don't think it makes sense to index it as a boulder. Also the grade 7a makes sense as sports route, as a boulder it would be rather 6C or maybe hard 6B+.
