East of Mt Hood, turn off Rt 35 onto Rt 44 East. Go up windy Rt 44 ~14-15 miles, turn right on Forest Road 4420 (signposted), follow 4420 for ~ miles to a branch off to left (not signposted) 4421. Follow to turnaround/pulloff for maybe 2 cars on right. Trail is on left. Getting USGS contour map recommended, Bulo Pt. is shown
