The entrance exam to the main event is still pretty amazing in its own right. And you can open hand every RH hold, so perfect for a recovering finger injury. Six tries, and one shot 13 years ago.

Stuck the crux span, and dropped the next move. Shiiiiii.

So rad. Tried a few times years ago and couldn't sort out a good way to do the crux. Willby beta set me straight. Steady as she goes 2nd shot today.

Hard. Keen to get back to this.

dont even know how to log this, it was the ultimate flail. So hard, so reachy and pretty scary! stuck the first part pf the span but couldnt move from the position...

Great climbing, but just too hard for me. 2 laps struggling with the first move, coming out of the scoop, the crux lunge and the final dyno. Plenty of air time logged...

Draws were on so why not Didn't make it to the third bolt but even that packed some awesome moves in! Managed to span the first move from the good undercling, then slowly figured out how to use and move off each of the impossible slopers after that. Excellent lesson in body position and static movement, I can't wait to come back to this when I'm stronger. So keen to try the dyno at the end.

This isn't the project I was looking for I was really hoping this would suit me but a couple moves felt well ard.

Only went to the deadpoint. Sent Tyranny earlier in the day just wanted to climb something on Taipan, but Tim was redpointing and the weather was warming up so I was trying hard not to spooge it up for him.

At the deadpointI started bleeding the holds and fingers felt tweaky so pulled the pin after only having stuck the sideways deadpoint once. Amazingly weird funky climbing. Maybe it's the sun, but I thought the sloper moves down low were way harder than most things.

Amazing route. Had two cracks, got all the moves without too much trouble and had a rad time

Sickness!! Taipan is king!! Thanks zac for the running beta. Split my tip on first burn on groove train. Zac bush walked it in the smeg. Super inspiring. Can't wait to have another go
