Max Stein

Max Stein is just a nick for the web. Anyhow I am a real person who does not hide. If you want to know anything, don't hesitate to ask. Here in the meantime I mostly take care for geology and rock types. (I am a professional geologist and petrologist).

BTW: I do not care too much about my Carma-points, thus I have no problem, that they split up on two profiles, depending on my individual activity.

I also do not care about my logged "ascents". I did more and possibly now and then I will add some, but for me that's not the point. Anyhow I do not claim to be good climber or climbing extensively. It's just fun

P.S.: Within actifity reports there are statements e.g. like these:

"Max Stein updated a route at Steinwald. • 10 • 7 months ago. Updated the route 6- Hauruck"

This does neither mean I generated route 'Hauruck', nor did I necessarily ever change anything within 'Hauruck'. Obviously any changes within crags (even editing locality) are supposed to be changes of child routes as well. Simply a software bug. So don't fuss

I did not do anything with any route there. Indeed I just added area tag 'Dolomite'. As well: Don't get into a fuss
