A two move wonder

The SS is all in the knobble. Getting established on the slab requires some crystal faith and delicate foot transitioning.

What are you like, Skip? Quality, erm... good, but perhaps unnecessary? Basically look at all the holds you'd like to use and then only use some of them. At least 30 more combinations awaiting a F.A up this very wall

A fun problem and a not-so-good hammy warmer

This just looked a bit silly at first. Okay holds to a point and then nothingness beyond. After a few flailing attempts Dr. Phil uncovered a new footer which I found to be quite useful. After plenty of psych I followed Al on the send train, but only just - the difference between sticking the finish and not was a couple of mm's of my middle finger pad. Good times!

Alan had a couple cracks of this with a very different sequence and he's probably sent it by now.

I have shown them the way. Ben Vincent and Alan Ezzy despite their initial reluctance have been converted and now see the magnificence of this variant for what it is.

Forgot how intimidating this thing is, will need a lot of pads. Ended up finding a large cave system under the whole area instead

Easy layback then mantle but still cool.

Worked this for ages. Initially thought it would be match on good crimp, high right step and launch. turns on good crimp is not, and high step is worse. Was getting pretty hot towards the end, waiting for cloud cover for each attempt

Had vague memories of trying this but don't think I'd got it before. Work it a bit. Alan did harder torquing heel hook then sidepull, I finally did it with heel on and dynoed up to left jug.

About the only thing we could muster that day, in boots and without pads. A very low-ball.

Cruisy, a longer sequence than much of gara. Should be a few other problems just around the arete too

Thought it would be more on the arete and very sketchy fall, ended up quite sane straight forward

Jogged down and felt the first move, should go with a crew and lots of pads

Hard to see your back foot to bridge but easy and fun. Would like to do a more pure start inside the void

Very cool, move like a caving problem than a bouldering one

Reached high to lip instead of staying in the crack, felt a bit cheaty but safer. Fall needs lots of pads to do cleanly

My Achilles heel almost literally. I need to get shoes that actually fit and learn to use them.

Alan cruised it, slightly different beta which worked nicely.
