Ascents in Pakeho

Guide is right, crux isn't the roof. Pumped out at 4th bolt. Fun getting over lip and definitely a run-out at the top. No endurance, but felt good to get to the top. Set up top rope for partner.

Big moves on first two bolts. Last trip to Pakeho (guttered! Booked early which is why we were able to go after the closure announcement)

Last trip to Pakeho (booked before closure was announced). Climbed the easy crack so we could rappel down to Dirty Deeds.

Slabby start. Not sure if we ended on Dirty Deeds or Ripsaw, as the exposure was big!

Crocs ascent

Confirmed by owners to climb despite being closed to the public. Guttered that of the 1000+ climbers, neither could muster the will to pay to enjoy this awesome crag.

There are only a few moves in the middle that might be a 22. Felt easier than Daz Angst but might be due to lack of endurance. The rest of the route is relatively easy.

The move after the 4/5th bolt felt quite hard for a 17, and personally felt that I lanked it. Must be harder if you are shorter.

Sustained. Super pumped out and went too far left second bolt from the top.

The crack was fun.

Very cool route, fun crux. A bit pumpy. Too tired after the crux, cannot on sign.

Got lose in the middle and went right to Tiger anchor. Climb down and move left to the correct anchor again.

Soft for 23. Nearly on sign it. I think the 22 Chasing Trout is harder

Only one move is 22, other much easier.

Had an attempt. Fell off the top slope rail, then worked the route.

Cruised the climb once you work it out. The slopers are a pain! #2ndgo

Clipped too many bolts up heffalump before I realised it was too late and ended up finishing up that climb.
