Fantastic evening out with Adam. After segertal rehersals ok rop rope. I Fares to climb it after Adam led IT first.

Felt great today, the crux felt not too hard. Amazing.

Littlebit better the second time today. Too hot.

Second time I did the first crux much better. Top crux still difficult.

Too hot, slipped off several times.

Second time today. Totally useless, hopeless on the first tricky part of the initial overhang crack.

Second time the first crux went much better, the top crux still super hard.

Fell of the first try on the second crux. Climbed lousy, probably, I got some help from the rope.

Clogged. First time I failed on the first crux several times until I moved to the right of the crack. Second crux is much more difficult. More difficult than the higher rated Svettiga grisen variation.

Third time, first crux soon there. Second crux a new foothold with a mini catch, it became more simple.

Getting to the ledge was hard today.

Climbed with Harri Sporrevik. Impossible to follow. Gret lead by Harri. Wet on the crux. Again Harri could reach the crux. Had to use the rope to get by the crux....

Clogging. Today I made the catch clean.

Felt superb!

Clogging: First time I did this one. I have thought that the Björntjänst has been this route all these years.

Excellent start on Gritstone. Had to think littlebit too long on the crux before I leaned the body to the right to get up my feet enabling the reach to the thank god grip.

A Gritstone morning with Patrik! Tougher than it looks from the bottom of the route. Small pros is the trick.

A day out with Catrine. Struggled with the first pro. ood stamina in my right underarm.

Clogging - left side is easier to clip the top piton.

Clogging: Difficulties getting a good start over teh bulge, then super difficult getting the second crux at the second piton.
