phwoah! Got to the arete clean and fumbled around here for an age learning moves and milking the rest. Threw for it and ended up dangling. Another class Coffs route.

A tough, spacey 20. Was cool to have Arty on-hand to shout us up it.

..but then I remebered this thinig was here and so we had to have a burn. clean until the last clip and then pumped out again.

Pretty sure it's been 8 years since Al first coaxed me up this thing. Since then I'd come close a few times and got shut down on various other occassions. It was a very sweet moment to finally get up this thing. Second shot of the day - YEEEEWWW!

It was all going so well and then my forearms decided they'd had enough for the day...This thing is high quality!

Wow, cool cruxy sequence through the middle. I reckon the heat + humidity added some serious spooge factor to this route.

Another day another dog. All the moves, need more endurance.

Coffs had had 150mm 2 or 3 days earlier and the top of this was swimming in it. Still, nearly all the moves you need remained dry but for the last two. A really enjoyable route.

Waihoo just keeps delivering. Had loads of fun on this climb and a few laughs to when I decided that a mantle was warranted before the crux....haha, that made things interesting. Awesome climbing.

An interesting route to get started on. Watch out for the deck, bro.

A nice techy first section followed by a jug haul made this a route full of fun, and the group favourite for the wall.

Wow, what a sick climb! I weighted and then avoided the creaky honeycomb in the roof that others have mentioned, and was at the anchors on my first attempt but couldn't clip....don't you hate that. A shake out and a much smoother second attempt was warranted anyway for such a sick climb!

First time starting from below the ledge - new bolt? A really nice route that gets you thinking.

Another favourite. The dyno tested a few of the shorter peeps in the group, one of who almost got the move by laybacking the thin rail on the left! Love the exposed mantle - getting much easier than once upon a time.

Just classy really. Punchy from the start with pockets where you need them. Another favourite from the trip and a sure project for Timmy who swore his way up it.

Landed the left ledge but couldn't sort feet out for the send before the pump kicked in.

Forgot the jug beta before the crimps and was thinking, 'wow, this route has gotten harder or I've gotten heavier'. Always a favourite in the Alcove and got properly worked by more than a few of us.

Okay, dirty. Trad belay & walk off.

Brilliant route with a little cavelet to crawl into and enjoy the view. High reachy first bolt.

Fun. Try the one-armed hang and cheesy thumbs up grin from the jug over the lip.

Wow, punchy top-out. Route with hibernating wildlife included!

Pumpy, crimpy top-out, was quite dirty but relatively clean now.

Interesting, cruxy top half and mantle.

Nice climb and a natural progression prorblem following PS, WTPGHH and PPS.

Great climb with plenty of variety, from dynos, to plenty of jugs, crimpers and an awkward mantle to boot.
