Enjoyable route! The first pitch seemed pretty stiff at the grade, but could be lack of fitness or shaking off the cobwebs. Pumped out and got the sequence wrong at the crux on the third pitch, one rest saw me pull through the moves. I didn't encounter and loose rock, I'll be back to send.

Nice route, pitch 3 has quite interesting moves. We wanted to do the 17 variant of p4 on the right hand side but must have gone for the wrong anchor after the roof on p3. From the anchor we were on, the bolts on the 17 were waaay far to the right and below us, so we decided to do the 24 left hand variant instead. The hard reachy 24-move is beyond my skills so had to pull on a draw to get to the jug. When rapping off from Airtime, it's a good idea to saddlebag the ropes.

Cool route, interesting climbing. Had heaps of fun on this adventure. Be careful of loose blocks and chossy ledges. There are a lot of bees on pitch 4 as well. We climbed to the right a bit and up into the bush to avoid them. Also description should say to rap straight down to the left from last anchor. Matt ended up in the obvious ‘vegetated gully’ on the right and had a near death experience with falling boulder 😅

Pitch one and two were lots of fun! Cool upper slider-like first pitch with lots of slopers. Straightforward second pitch with some particularly loose feeling death boulders, however third pitch is super chossy, had to carefully make my way through the overhung section to not shower my belayer in choss! Bailed after reaching the fourth pitch. Will definitely come back to finish the final few pitches.

Made an early start hoping to beat the heat and although we lucked out with cloud coverage and a good breeze, our early arrival meant a very damp first pitch from showers during the evening.
The black lichen of pitch 1 was like climbing wet glass and required some French free climbing for the first three bolts. Beyond the tree line was nice and dry, particularly after the sun hit. I'll certainly be back to retry the first pitch in the dry, as it seemed like it would otherwise be enjoyable. The route was climbed using a pair of 60m doubles, clipped as twins. We descended via Airtime Over Pumicestone without issue. Pitch notes:

We only climbed p1-4; p5 & 6 sound like a hassle and not worth it.
p2-4 were real fun! All routes are nicely bolted (no risky run outs), 2-3 cruxy exposed moves on p3, but all well protected.
We used an 80 m rope; abseiling without issues; (make sure to rap down p4 closer to the 24 than the 17, otherwise you might get stuck), we used the anchor of Leaving on a Jet Plan (straight down p2 instead of traversing over to first anchor of Banished). Sun til about 12.30. Great day! |

Super fun day out, didn't get to finish the climb as it was going to get dark and the 5th pitch wasn't that inspiring anyway. Nice to be out with the ladies with two parties on the multi, it definitely took a bit longer than it should have with some route finding fun and belay sharing but we all had fun and got to do some fun adventurous climbing. I don't think I used much gear on the 3rd pitch and the crux of it was bolted.

Fantastic day out and agree with Ryan's sentiments that this is a contender for the best multi on the moutain. Consistent quality throughout. The second pitch does wander a little bit to stay protected and is definitely heady but I thoroughly enjoyed the lead and the climb overall. The crux move of the climb is a solid 21 and the crux on the 4th pitch must be one of the best moves on Tibro. A must do for any climber who enjoys a little adventure

I didn't log any airtime on this route, but it was nevertheless an exciting outing. Onsighted and led all pitches. Typical Tibro: route finding challenges, solid rock mixed with choss, bolts and a lack thereof. If I were to do the climb again, I might stop after pitch 4 and rap, as this makes for a more sustained and continuous line.

Used cams metolius 00 to friend #1 (though I did ignore some bigger cracks), and also used a few small/medium wires. Need to be mindful of rope drag, particularly pitches 1-3. Led 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6.

Great afternoon in excellent company, with some unexpected adventures in the dark to finish the day! The route takes you on a mostly slabby but varied journey up the Gorilla’s shoulder (with a chance to poke at one of its eyeballs). We placed less than 10 pieces of gear on the whole thing – bolts are where you need them and running it out is not too bad if you trust your slab climbing. Kudos to Wendy for a bold trad lead and an unanticipated FA in a chossified gully at sunset!

Lovely pleasant day out. Got back to the ground just as the rain started. Plenty of bolts where they're needed, gear where there aren't bolts. Airy in places, just enough to make it engaging but still safe. Went easier than I had in my head - I guess thinking of it as a trad 21 is pretty intimidating, but it's more like a cruisy trad 18 with a 21 sport pitch. Pitch 6 is awesome. Highly recommend.

Pretty cruisy climbing the whole way. Standout moments included trundling a few loose blocks (thankfully not on lead) and nearly pulling off a fridge sized one. Quality choss at its finest - of course Brosnan had no chossing issues being a nimble navigator weighing in at a mere 60kg. Mass movers such as myself should take care especially on the hollow flake move on p4. I would hate to see someone fall into the death gully. We placed in total I think 5 bits of gear including a tiny purple nut that fell out as soon as I climbed past it. I think there should be a pitch 7 rated V1 (vegetation 1). That final bush bash is brutal and its even worse when done in bouldering shoes. I thought it would have been like a 2 minute scramble but its more like a 15 minute one. Walked down the tourist track like chumps.

Great climb besides P5. Amazingly grippy rock. Engaging climbing, especially when avoiding the questionable rock in certain sections.
Took a rack with WC 0.2 - 3 cams & some wires. Ended up only using 6 placements (cams) on the entire climb. Crux at the end of P4 is more like a g20 than a g19. Awesome move though. Nice slab climbing on P6. Both anchor hangers on P6 are baldy rusted. Did not want to hang on it and belay. Ended up climbing a further ~5m diagonally R and belayed off the tree with 3 branches. |

The start is a touch contrived (it's a lot easier 1m left) but the rest is good (if not a bit dirty from lack of traffic)

A good, fun climb. There are some sections of poor rock and some loose blocks around, but worthwhile if you are an experienced tibro climber. With Tanya.

Great fun. Awesome crimps below first bolt and beyond. Start looks super hard from the ground, but its pretty juggy. The bolt on the bulge may be a stretch for shorties.

Lead pitches 2, 4, 6 w/ David. The real adventure was getting back to the ground. Dodging a large toaster at the first anchor's an experience I'll never forget ... Will return to lead pitches 3 and 4b.

Rapped with 2x60m ropes on the Airtime anchor, easy to the ground, but high chance to get rope stuck in the bushy gully.

Fun but kinda chossy. We abseiled down Air Over Pumicestone with 2x 60m ropes. Straight down the bushy gully for about 40m. Then small belay ledge on left. Again straight belay to anchors under a tiny overhang on right. This is a pretty uncomfortable belay, especially for 4 people. Rope probably would reach next set of rings. Then rap to ground.

There were some really cool moves up through steep rock and two shallow chimney features. Would be keen to come back and climb this whole route properly.
