Glad to go back to this one and finish it. Fell off it on our first trip to Stuart in April. Enjoyable crimpy face climbing with a thin and cruxy little top section.

Wow! Sooooooo much fun! Super super awesome, crimpy, vertical face climbing. Unfortunately I was a little nervous and overgripped the whole way up. Was too tired to hold on long enough to figure out the crux move at the third and final bolt on the onsite.

I was peaking a bit on my first go but this shot was pure fun! I felt much more relaxed which made the climb feel much easier and totally enjoyable.

Wow, such a great climb. Anyone visiting Townsville should not miss it. A fun and balancy arête with a spectacular view that provides a true feeling of exposure. Usually arêtes terrify me but this one feels more fun and awe inspiring than scary. The moves are true to the grade but there's no need for uncertainty because you can see that the holds are good, you just need to commit to moving them. This climb offers really good photo opportunities too. I just love it.

Oh man, a great climb. My new project. I think it will take me a few months at least. Bottom vertical is fun and fine. Top slab is scary but doable. Middle roof and onto the face feels impossible right now. I think winter will help, I need more friction for that nails crimp!!

I'd been thinking about this route since the late 90s when Doug established it and my friend Jason came very close to climbing it before ending his life. I was keen to put it to bed, and it likely would have happened had I not pulled off the crucial glued-on jug at the 3/4 point. The route will be in the ~28 region once it's re-glued. Small holds, pretty painful and tenuous.
