Woohoo! Second ascent, and for sure my hardest climb ever. 20 shots this year, after trying it for a LONG time 4 years ago and giving up. It was great to make a come back on this climb. Did the start nicely, rested well before the scoop, aced the scoop, rested badly and got pumped on the slab and tried really hard to not fall off for the rest. Was kinda close to falling off getting the knee bar clipping anchor in, which would have been heartbreaking. Thanks to Susy, JJ, Nick, Alex, and Lee.

Improvement! Wasn't able to try the start today, so did some work on the top. Climbed from the second bolt on the slab to the top, twice!! Excellence.

Just tried the start. Conditions were very average, and it was HOT. Only tried a few times, but probably a high point, as I held the dyno slightly better and just slipped off. Bummer!

Tried the top a couple of times to get some better beta. Worked out a way nicer way to do the top. Yah!

Only tried the start today. With Furstaw. Probably my best shot at the start so far!! I grabbed the horn but didnt stick it....Good conditions.

Couple of shots today. First day back on after shoulder injury. Feels okay. I am week though. Some moves on this are shitting me, especially the top section with the toe hooks. CORE DO YOUR JOB AND KEEP ME ON THE WALL, K SANKS.

Had a terrible first shot, where I took a bad fall on the slab dyno and than proceeded to fall my way up the route. My next shot I did some good work on the start. I am optimist I will get this soon, although it could be otherwise.

Two shots today. Thanks furrster for the belay. It was slippery, but had a couple of shots of the top. Did okayish.

Went and worked out the top a bit more. Static it is. Way better than the jump move. Skipping last bolt as well makes things easier. Came down and tried start a couple of times, falling just before going for dyno which was okay. Tried mantle, but I can't for the hell of me remember how I used to do it, so I figured out a different way which works, but is really powerful. Ah well.

Totally stoked with todays effort on this. Firstly I went up and relearnt the top, which was a bit of effort, but did it all without too much hassle. Second go I tried to link from the 'ledge' to the top, but failed. THird shot I did the scoop crux cleanly!!!!! And came down and ALMOST ALMOST got the very start, falling just missing the horn as the rope got in my way. So stoked to do every move now after only two days back on it. Its feeling doable, and I am finally psyched for coolum again!

First time on this for over three years!! I actually am really psyched on this. Did really we'll on the start, almost got it. Couldn't do mantle at third bolt, and couldn't do the scoop crux, although its close! SICK!

Went for a lap, fell stabbing for toe hook at the top

Tried start a few times, but finger slipped out of slot each time. It was a big spoogy. Then did an ok link

Yippee, went from the third bolt to the top without any dramas. Best shot to date. Now all I have to do is the start and I am done.

Doing the start, turns out I just need to do it.

Went bolt to bolt for a warm up. Not sure why.

Dog, dog, dog, move, dog, move, clip, dog, hand/knee switcheroo, dog, biiiig fall from the anchor. w/Smatt

Best shot ever I reckon. Very nearly did the start, just missed the horn. From there I went all the way to the last crux, did a silly mistake and fell. But every part of the climb felt so bloody easy today. A bit of wind and the holds all feel like jugs.

Worked out a better way to do dyno, NOW ITS STATIC. I take this beta to the grave.

Sore wrist today so didnt do first bit. Lap of the top, fell off dyno. AGAIN.

Not a very good one. Tried start then fell from the scoop crux.

Almost did the start straight up. From deadhang to scoop, fall, then from there to top crux.

Very poor. Fell from the scoop crux heaps, havent fallen from there in ages.

Did the bottom boulder problem at last. Didnt even feel to bad at all.

Went to top. Worked out easy slab moves.

Went to top with clint. tried mantle, got it after some falls. Then did second crux, second go. Thats good. From there to top with a couple of rests.

Start with clint, worked out totally different way of doing the start. Big move from undercling to little crimp, kneebar in, slot. Than dyno.

Went to top again. Good fun at the top.
