An old crag that has recently been revived. The classic routes with meagre protection have been complemented with a few well-protected sport climbs.
The south-facing wall is named after a guy named Erwin Hacke – whose significance, to my knowledge, has been long forgotten. It features a deep, narrow chimney, separating the main wall from a broad buttress. The classic routes are sort of daring, but all in all worthwile.
Seasonal closures for protected birds. See here: Closed crags

Zoning concept
Please respect signs and zoning.
Drive from Doos towards Waischenfeld. Park either after 1.25 km (the parking bay on the right, as for "Schwarze Wand" and "Bandstein") or continue to the hamlet Rabeneck and park there. The crag is halfway between the parking lots, so walk along the cycle path that is currently constructed (or the road) for 750 meters, where a hardly visible path leads up to the wall.
