NH- Si- the, Katik- short, Sadis - Sick.In other words, it is the shortest and hardest route at that time in Jesselton's wall.

NH- Ong Wooi Jin once climbed the route and screamed so hard (on the crux) it sounded like a woman giving birth. It’s almost psychotic.

NH – Every time Corey asked his climbing partner (Wooi Jon) to climb and said who else are going to climb ? W. Jin would reply "You, me and a dog named Blue". In other words, just the two of them.

NH – The name was dedicated to a climber’s girl friend because the girl was leaving for London and then route was named when the girl climb there for the last time.

NH – The big rock on the route that looks like one of the pioneer climber’s tooth (Saiful) as he only has one tooth in his entire mouth.

NH – When the route was first ascended, there was a skeleton of a dead monkey on top of the anchor.

Warning: The current state of the hangar and bolts are questionable due to long term exposure to waterway, a few of the bolts and hangars are partially rusted. Anchor has also been removed due to reason unknown. Climb at own risk.

Suggest to use the nearest anchor on the right to avoid rope drag if you really wants to try this route.

Part of new routes bolted at 2012. Located just right of Merdeka Ride & Climb Tour 2019.

This route was named based on a 16th century novel in china- Journey to the West, a main charater called Sun Wukong, also known as the Monkey King. In the novel, he is a monkey born from a stone who acquires supernatural powers through Taoist practices. After rebelling against heaven and being imprisoned under a mountain by the Buddha, he later accompanies the monk Xuanzang on a journey to retrieve Buddhist sutras from India. And the name "Sun" was changed to "Soon" as suggested by a pioneer Penang climber to appreciate Soon’s efforts who have contributed, setup and bolted the additional new routes in Jesselton’s wall and included the hardest and the first ever 8a grade route(arguable) in Penang. (Remarks : For Png climber : 8a with limited hand & foot hold access which marked in white color paint)

Start from slightly right. NH – The route is so far away from all the other routes that it’s on "No Man’s Land". And it was the hardest route in Jesselton’s wall at that time.

The route was named after a remarkable "Feel The Sun" concept which shared by an ex-Penang climber who has migrated to oversea few years ago. The concept teach us to access the true power of intention through feel the Sun in manifesting our wishes and goals. So, whoever want to on-sight this route, you may find it easier by applying the concept here.

Each person, at some stage in their life, has had a dream or fantasy of doing or becoming something. To climb a 8a route sound impossible and hard to imagine for me ever since I started climbing. However, until I setup and bolted this new route. Everything seems possible and reasonably doable. It was my mind holding me back all this while. So, let’s live our dream today and "I'm-Possible !" - Soon.

Bolted on the 4th day of CNY 2020. Last move to top out the ledge before anchor is quite exposed, climb with caution.

Boulder traverse from the start of Si Katik Sadis to Dreadlock Invader. #traverse

Bolted at 2012.Just opposite the main wall. Unclimbed so far. Cautions : Those fixed slings ( yellow static rope ) at the pitches anchors are as old from the date it was bolted.Not recommended for anchoring ownself or taking any loads ( replace it with a new once are most welcome ). Do setup your own anchor using the existing metal bolts or anchor in this case for safety purposes ( update as at 17th April 2014).

This slab climb is bolted by fellow climbers from RockWorld climbing gym Kulai ,Johor.

This slab climb is located just to the far right of the First Multipitch route.

The route was named as our fellow climber from Switzerland got a hangover from Penang's night life.Instead of joining us to climb the slab he bolted, he took a nap at the hammock tied right under the route.

This route might be dirty from the slush which is flowing down the rock when it's raining.

Sit start from the very bottom of the Cresent crack and finish at the top of the low block. #traverse

Alot of crash pads and spotters required for this route due to its height.

You will eventually need to traverse to the left side of this boulder.

After reaching the ledge slightly on the left, go straight to top out. Original Trust route end by traversing to the left.

The first V5 slab problem in Durian Valley, balancy micro holds slab high ball problem. Sit start.

Stand start with left hand on the arete and right hand balance on the rock face. A full commitment jump to top out.

Stand start with both hands on crimp and direct launch to top out without using the arete.

Sit start from the most right of the rock and traverse all the way to the right. #traverse

Compress overhang stand start to mantle up on lower slab part. Beware on the upper slab area before top out, there is barely any protection from the fall. Stand start. Sit start of this boulder is suspected to be a double digit boulder.

Stand on the small rock below to reach the high starting holds then traverse all the way with the crack line. The problem ends at the end of the crack line, no top out. #traverse

Stand starts. Micro crimpy compress style route.

Using the same start as On The Corner Of Main Street then traverse to the center part of the route then. Proceed to climb up the slab area then top out the boulder. Basically no protection on the start of the slab part, climb with caution.

Using the same start of Run Leon Tiger and proceed to top out the boulder. Same risk factor as Jealousy Turning Saint Into The Sea

Stand start from the overhang part of the rock and move your way into the slab part of the rock.

Same start as When You're There but only but climb it on the overhang part of the rock. Beware of the hole right below the rock where you might fall into when you try to top out.

Stand start. Coming down is definitely harder than the ascent itself.

Stand start on the reachy lowest jug, slightly traverse left to get a comfortable top out. Original grade: V2

Right side variant of Out of Reach, share the same stand start as the original Out of Reach. Not allowed to use any holds on the left arete.

Short climbers might need to jump start this problem as the start hold on the crak is reachy and there is no way to stack up pads as the ground below is a slope.

Tension style boulder problem, harder for shorter climber to do the starting move.

Traverse line.

Slight overhang sit start with juggy handhold, friendly ants (that don't bite) in the middle of the problem.

Extended version of Climbodachi. Start in the undercling lower on the left and follow the crack to the right till you join the main route.
