Ascents of Chunk To Chunky

Seemingly impossible. Worked out some beta so maybe I will like it more next time.

The start is ok then the face has 3 cruxes in a row. Hang-dogged the cruxes, got pumped and then took a whipper on a 18-ish finish. Need better fitness

Seconded and pulled on 3 draws. Start is fun, top is aight. HARD

Fun route, with some tough moves. Major post-COVID pump at the end despite the jugs.

Two attempts, was stumped by the crux first go. Managed to get it sorted second time round but it's a bit of a jump for short-arses... Worth extending the second bolt to save your rope from grating over the edge of the rooflet.

Can not figure out the crux...dyno?

Got to the first crux on the on sight then couldn't seen any holds, eventually found a sequence that trended left but it was pretty tenuous and will probably take a bit of work for me. Read the second crux well but didn't pull hard enough defiantly one to come back for great climbing and that start is fantastic!! Even found some nice hand jams! It was worth putting an extender on the second bolt if you leave it in.

Damn, the cruxes of this line felt stiff. Most of the climb is straightforward, save for a couple of powerful sections.

Not as good as the description suggests but still pretty good. I think I made it harder for myself just before the traverse - that was the crux for me and it was still on the 23 section!

Nothing like and EOD sandbag. Nails cruxes surrounded by decent climbing.

I was really disappointed with this climb, maybe too much hype. Not much too it without the cruxes, which I didn't fancy anyway.

Nice sustained climb with some cool technical moves. Had heaps of beta, but still almost pumped out at the end. Happy to get the flash!

Felt quite hard at 24, can't believe it used to be 23... There are a couple of broken sections of rock and a rather hard crux crimp at mid height. Quite a good wall though.

Not too bad, bar one super reachy move that I had to tuck feet way high and only stayed on with heel toe cam

Felt nails to begin but a bit of practice helps. I wouldn't normally take 3 goes on a 23 so maybe 24.

Got it! With the right beta it felt easy. Awesome climb.

Fell after nailing all the cruxes clean and trying to clip while pumped. Good air time!
