I saw in the guide book it said tricky for short people, and I was hanging draws…. But I almost dropped it at the top! 😅 thought I had gotten off route or something but nope…

2nd go. Bouldry start with crimps, than easier wall climbing

Really enjoyed this, great wall climbing, insecure moves but 7a+ really seems like a stretch

Loved it, the first 8m are meh but then the climbing gets really good on less sharp holds. Pumpy moves separated by great rests

Unreal! Such a cool route that builds in intensity. It’s easy to go too far left to a tempting tufa jug pinch left above the flake but don’t do it!! I barely had enough technique to down-climb and reset for the proper crux execution. You need power, finesse, and proper footwork…with a sprinkle of crimp strength for good measure 😉

Was feeling cooked, so dogged up to see if I could work out an efficient sequence for the crux. All sorted. This route tends to bruise my fingers and thumbs from having to really mash them into a couple of holds.

Excellent warm up, climbing a juggy crack like feature.

Apparently I have done this before, and thought it "good". I'm upgrading it to very good. Perhaps the 10 years of traffic have smoothed some prickly holds, or perhaps I'm now more easily pleased. I made the crux hard for myself, by reading the best sequence of good one pad sidepulls with some hip twists using two obvious two pad flat 45 degree footers that were glistening glassily, and deciding that my trust level was low and I would revert to some good old fashioned front on mingging crimping.

Easy to misread. Glad to come away with this one. Get in while the getting's good.

Got on this specifically to get punished, and that did happen. However I will say that I think a key hold has crumbled away affecting the crux sequence. It's the inset, circular crimp up and right of the potatoes. The heavily manufactured holds on this route really need glue to stabilise them.

A nice newer one. Had to do it now before it's a sheet of glass. Sneaks.

Ended up finishing up the extension on the route to the right. Great long pitch.

Great Route. A little polished, but still well worthwhile. I found a couple of sections very hard for the grade. Was also struggling with sore finger and thumb pads from squeezing some miserable crimps earlier in the day.

New route, not in my 2019 guide, so just set sail without knowing anything about it. Sweet climbing on pocketed tufa flow, to sustained thin headwall up high. Technical footwork and endurance on small holds needed for the headwall, which I didn't have. Great Route.

An extension that has you using all the tools in your toolbox every metre is action-packed. the route to the left.

one boulder on good holds, just a bit spaced. The entire pitch is immaculate.

Easy warm up.

An easy start, than a quite reachy crux on small crimps and polished places for the feet. Afterwards it gets easier. I needed a first attempt to figure out how to solve the crux. On my second attempt my foot slipped on some polished whatever. Finally, I reached the top with my third attempt.

A very interesting start on small holds and almost nothing for the feet. However, with some balancy moves the start is okay. Than follows an easy middle part leading directly to the crux. I do not understand how to solve it in the first run, so I had to rest. The moves are on very small crimps and fingerholes with only a few tiny places to put your feet. Furthermore, the moves are reachy. I think it is harder than 6c.

Nice climbing on a single tufa. The first three bolts are far a part for Kalymnos. However, there are good holds.
