fell off and chewed into the big rock underneath on the first go, all that skin on my arm must have been weighing me down because second go best go. Fantastic boulder though.

First 8 at the Grampians. Decent flash burn, then did the crux move in isolation and sent next try.

Was just checking out the moves at the end of the session and ended up felling quite comfortable on it.

Decided to give it a good burn and it went down!

Not sure I can claim the ascent cos I didn't do the easy and high top out because it was soaking wet. Nice climb - I reckon V7 (like the guidebook says).

Seemed pretty easy given it took me one session and it's my first V7. Hardest move is getting the heel in properly.

Sometimes a little wind can make all the difference. The sequence is ridiculously beautiful once you get it, just fantastic. So happy to finally stick it.
