Went for the original start instead of the much cleaner looking 'Cynics United', in the hopes of getting some nice jams up the hand crack. We never found it, just a lot of loose dirt, vegetation and choss. The upper pitches were nice though. Linked P3 and P4. Stitched up the P3 start but it's actually fine if you just traverse left rather than treating it like a roof. Awkward in a few places with a pack on. Did pretty well with rope drag up until my very last piece on P4 since I was out of long slings.

I've wanted to do this climb ever since I saw Frothy Thompson compare it to Seize the Day in Tassie. It absolutely lived up to the hype and then some. Was able to camp out just under the roof with an awkward flared left hand thumbs down handjam and mono finger lock. Got it all back and needed it all on the top slab. So stoked to see Nath flash it straight after too!

Great climb! Glad we got lost on the approach and had to rap into the crag via this route otherwise we probably wouldn't have done it. Didn't take a cam and don't feel like it's needed
