Linked pitches 2-3 using the 5.7 variation. 3:20 to climb, 2:00 to descend. Fun line with good gear when you need it.

Wind. Almost lost my hat.

Good to finally climb this route after driving past it probably hundreds of times over the years. Fantastic position and nice climbing.

Belay "ledges" not included

Pretty scrappy tbh. Couple good fun pitches between choss

Climbed up with a wetsuit. Descended via the canyon. We improved some of the canyon anchors on the way.

With Bec for her first multi of the season. Wasn't that impressed with the route however the views are spectacular. Led all pitches.

Pretty good climbing. Fun and challenging second pitch Took the left variation on P3 for an excellent long pitch through a corner. Had to bail at the top of p3 due to time constraints and heavy rain. Will be back to repeat soon

Pretty easy for the grade, the 5.7 pitch is super fun

First multi pitch ice climb. Couldn't have asked for a better day

First time without variations - an enjoyable mini-mountaineering morning.

Decent: There are only rap rings at the top of P2 and P3. We skipped P4 as the walk off decent was ill-advised on Mountain Project. We rapped P3 towards climbers' left of route away from climbers below then walked off climbers left top of P2.

What a great little outing. Done with Bec, Kristyn and Brendan. Lots of 5 fun climbing. Anyone who has something bad to say about this climb is just plain wrong

Good climb mostly solid rock. Walk off needs a little route finding.

Very enjoyable route with excellent views. Did the whole thing in approach shoes. Be very careful, when climbing AND when rappelling, if there are other parties on the climb as there is tons of loose rock. I was almost hit by rockfall and another person climbing that day was hit and requires a new helmet. If nothing else communicate with the other parties and be LOUD!

Simul soloed full route, dropping a rope on the final pitch for my partner. Great ambiance!

Fun day on mostly dry rock (despite the huge snowstorm earlier in the week). Several of the belay ledges were covered in snow but the rock is so grippy that wet shoes still felt solid.

Climbed the 5.7 alternative pitches. We found there to be 10 pitches all up. Some big loose stuff but avoidable with care.

We started to late so, we don't have enough time.

Night ascent. Fun, though the top of the pillar was thin ice over a hose!!

Fun mellow day out. Very cold, so some brittle ice.

Flashed one and seconded other crux pitch.

Late in the season - was mostly a snow climb, with one short pitch of white ice.

Up early for a pre work jaunt up the most impressive mountain overlooking Banff. Soloed to the upper pitches which was a little exciting at times. Then the WI3 pitches at the top were absolute class. Awesome morning!

Much longer than 45m. 3 roped pitches, and a couple of unroped snow climbs. One pitch was quite dry with a couple of rock climbing moves past a chockstone. Better ice on the last pitch.

Climbed at night. Ice thin/aerated.

Climbed 2nd and 3rd pitches under very early season conditions.

Climbed through the night before the storm; Did the left variation by headlamp was pretty rotten and cruxy for the last few moves probably go at a solid 3+ good first route back in the Rockies after a couple of years of the ice.

Repeated with Andrei. Found some more pitches above the hanging block

Soloed with Brad

Soloed all but the final pitch with Joe. The route was in great condition, classic place for a beginner

first day of ice, amazing climb and the ice was fantastic
