Great line! Bring all your 2s (and your friends 2s too). A few too many face holds lightly tarnish the perfect line, but no one's forcing you to hold onto them? Also a 60m rope is plenty to get down despite the supposed 35m length that is listed.

Had to stop several times to figure it out. Let down by terrible jamming technique and general out of shape-ness. Attempted it twice but had to move on as the sun hit the cliff and turned the crag into a sauna. Will be back!

Went for a top rope speed run in the dark to clean. Time 4:40. Almost made a dire mistake on the rap down, miscommunication and lack of safety protocols after a long tiring day. Tie knots at your ends! Lessons learned, no harm suffered in the end but a scare.

I tried to lead it but got pretty psyched halfway up and had to lower to back clean for more gear. Tried again but couldn’t do it. Ended up seconding it.

Brought a few 2s but I wish I had many many more. Had to do some bumping and downclimbing to back-clean. The climb itself was nice if you commit to the crack moves. So many of the holds were extremely polished and greasy, was pretty unpleasant which is a shame due to the awesomeness of the crack itself.

My favourite Trad climb ever. Amazing crack, most perfect hand jams I've found (like with sizzler in the wolgan but longer). Great stances to place gear from. My partner scared me that I would run out of #1s and #2s so I took up all my big gear and placed 3 hexes, 3x #3s, and a #4 #5 and #6! So lots of fun gear options. Old rope around tree at top to rap off. 60 metres rope doesn't quite reach the ground but "yeah yous'll make it on stretch mate"

Got rope jammed in a cam lobe lower down when I was at the crux and couldn’t pull the rope up so had to build a nest and ge the second to ascend and clean from the bottom until we got to the cam in question. Steeper than my usual taste of crack.

after getting lost on the way in and try to descend the wrong gully with no luck we finally made it to the base but by that time it was too late in the day (2:30pm) and the sun was firing on all cylinders. completely sapped my energy/psyche and bailed 1/3 of the way up. learnt my lesson to get on this earlier. will be back soon. FYI in the first 1/4 i didn't use one #2 camalot only #1's and a #3

This splitter hands crack is a novelty for the Blueys, reminded me of the easier climbs at Frog. The regular ledge/scoop features forced me to waiver from pure jamming to grab a crimp on the face, though I almost always had at least one hand or foot stuck in the crack. Lowered off tree at top. Placed C4s: 2x#1 4x#2 1x#3 1x#4; finished with a spare #1 and #3 though with an unnecessary early run-out that would have easily taken the leftovers.

Probably the best trad 17 I've done, certainly so as a crack! Take doubles of #1-3 and a #4 if you don't want to run it out. I had 2 #2, 1 #1 and 1 #3, and I had to really run out the top of this route. Not to mention shuffling gear up. My #1 was both my first and my last piece, and the only piece in the last 10m or so. Happy I didn't shit my pants!
