Ascents in Northern Territory as various tick types

Fun little climb. Pressed for time so unable to get the tick. Almost got it on second attempt but flash pump got me. Took a little to find where it started from.

Shredded heaps of skin on this. Steep offwidth with a crux after most of the hard work. Had to walk away with my head down, hardest crack in NT?

Pump inducing boulder - perhaps 20m long?

Took a few attempts to work out the beta, now require the endurance to send. Got through the first ‘section’, 3 more to go …. Maybe another session this trip?

Mainly bolt to bolt. Most sustained route at the crag, tricky. Amazing limestone like rock at the bottom.

Got a bit lost on this as a warm up

Super cool route, great movement, alot of technique and strength required

Somehow thought this was eat carpet, and tried to warm up on it, got flash pumped through the crux and got super frustrated thinking I was having a battle on a 15, when really I’m just and idiot

Stiff and spoogey, tore open my finger and backed down off the lead, got clean on first TR attempt

Nice climb with good protection. Thoughtful sequence before a bold crux. Fluffed the crux but pulled through in the next attempt and will get it clean next time.

First trad attempt, so close so close.

All ascents are with the strange/wrong(?) finish to the left.

Nice moves, glad we stopped for couple of climbs.

Hangover session, got pumped and messed up the sequence.

Had 3 attempts on top rope as had limited equipment. Very interesting climbing, quite steep but with great golds. Good mixture of fist and finger jamming, keen to return to get the whole climb.

Top Rope dogging

Could not, for the life of me, stick the left heel during the start of the crux sequence. An issue of micro-beta that couldn't be solved for 3 sessions. Maybe an issue with luck or flexibility.

I think I've done all I can with this line. Rage against the resignation.

this is some of the best quality sandstone I have ever laid my mitts on - and it's just out in the middle of nowhere. the description is not taking the piss - certainly jump on it. go direct the whole way-yes that means up the smaller corner after the ledge to clip the last bolt. (i think i bailed to the left and up the jug fest on less nice rock and made for a dicier run out all up. i regret it. don't be like me.)
