Meant to be a rest day but the draws were up & I couldn’t resist. Went first go easily to my surprise. It’s short but has some seriously fun moves.

Maybe not quite at the grade but fun moves.

Hard compression crux which took a while to work out. Very cool moves, with some helpful heel hook beta from the legend himself HB.

Surprise send, hurrah! Tricky boulder problem down low and sweet jump from some minuscule holds. Really fun!

It doesn’t look like much, but it’s fab. Super techy climbing that keeps you working with a run out mossy exit. Fun!

It’s an outdoor moonboard. A marvel sooooo enjoyable it almost hurts. Well the holds do hurt, but it’s worth it. 😂

Tried the start in the summer humidity in January. No good. Put draws up today. First redpoint I got super close but then lost it. 2nd RP latched the first move and stupid cut loose. Somehow kept it together through the first half and beyond… to finally clip the anchors, despite completely messing up the crimp section. Just excellent. 😊

Loved this climb. Bouldery start then really enjoyable climbing that never gets too easy. Second go.

Really cool crux that isn’t too hard, but was very heady for me. The sequence at the top is sweet, but easy to mess up.

Meant to be a rest day - 4th day on - but this classic caught my eye, so went for a toprope meander. Fell in love, TR send 2nd go, redpoint tick 3rd go was a proper battle. So much fun!

One the best climbs I’ve done on the island. 2nd go.

Burly and mossy in a good way

Short and sweet. 2nd go.

Super fun. 2nd go. Hard transition from roof to slab! Varied and lovely.

Epic. As seems to be my forever style, 2nd go. Glad I didn’t slime off in the humid heat at the crux at the end. What a bloody awesome finale. Crimps after a million kneebars? Spectacular.

Onsight taken by blinding sun in eyes at anchor. 2nd go in the sun was a bit sloppy but job done. Good one but polished.

Misread. Also thought the top was harder than the “crux”

Super sandy boulder problem followed by choss and spooky bird nest. Don’t bother!

Once I worked out how to get off the ground, the rest was delightful. Cool crimps, flowy sequence, little bit of pump. Surprised I haven’t been on this before today.

Beautiful rock and nice moves! The rusty nut is a bonus
