Last go, last day, last light kinda thing..

A bad warm up. One very unsuccessful go in the dark two years ago that didn’t get to the top, one go two days ago, and one go today. Adrian sent Punks so I couldn’t not do it. Quality peanut gallery support from Dad who arrived just in time for the send.

Beautiful climbing

This has some of the best most consistent climbing. It is a really good route and would recommend it. There is one sharp pocket down low, i recommend taping the base of your ring and rude finger.

Pleased to do this on replaced gear without any fuss. Did a lap practicing the placements too, it won’t feel done until I redpoint

2nd shot. First lap was a bit of a debacle, but my first redpoint burn was a controlled cruise -wasn't even pumped at the top. Super funky grampians-esque start, then a burly and technical crack and arete finale. Steep fun in an exposed position.

What a ripper. Mega quest up an imposing wall with a bouldery crux. 3rd shot.

One of my favourites, full package for sure. 3rd Shot.

Super good but hard - Elvis was entering the building near the top.

Superb! Went on the third attempt. We worked on it all day and it was worth it.

I placed the first nut in as I abseiled down into the route. Wouldn't have done it without this, too run out for me. Other than that the route is great and and the moves feels really good, this is an awesome climb. I went right at the top, was worth the effort.

Pre-Placed gear. Steep finger locks not my style. Worked really hard to get it and stuffed two fingers. Was it worth it? hmm 3 months of taped fingers not sure.

Strenuous sequence through the roof. I first TRed this climb, then placed the gear on TR then lead it on that gear and then TRed it again to clean it. 4 times!!
