Begehungen in Drop bear wall

Mega climb with lots of thin technical sequences. Was climbing well until below the top crux. Could rest and recover very well but then failed to find any workable sequence. Even after pulling on draw and working the sequence on top rope I couldn’t unlock any beta that goes at 23. I could vaguely see how it can be done but it’d be a 25 move for me.

Made it hard for myself by sticking to the face rather than using the arrete which caused a silly unexpected fall. Great climbing. 10/10 would attempt the climb again.

Have definitely done this before, but hadn’t logged it? Anyways, ripped another lap on it today because it is so good!

Cool kneebar sequence on the crux flake makes this pretty manageable. Second go, great route!

Fantastic route. Slab to get you focused, then steep jugging with a curly crux half way. Not really sure I'd describe it as a big throw or a tricky mantle, but there were a couple of long moves.

Super fun.

Really nice juggy sequences on this route interspersed with good, comfortable rests.

One move wonder. Quality climb on great rock

Out of breath for whole climb, thought it was challenging.

Tried real hard on my flash go but couldn’t quite make the distance, each go after that got worse. Need steel fingers like Jordan Edwards! Awesome but if rock through the crux.

Some amazing technical face moves with a few powerful crux sections. Superb. If compared to other routes in area I think its stiff for the grade.

Not sure it gets much action, no chalk and pretty bloody rough on the skin. Nearly bloody punted at one point. Might be a bit friendlier with more traffic.

Hadn’t planned to climb this one as the tips were screamin’ but had to go up to get the draws down. Bit choss on the bottom but lovely rock up top.

Great route, pretty pumpy with good moves on good holds where you want ‘em!

Interesting, thought provoking climbing throughout. Pretty tricky onsight I reckon!

Tricky and hard to read initially but great onny by gsmizz for putting the draws up. Was at full stretch doing the splits at first draw when I had to take before pointing out some better feet 😂 overall fun and exciting more adventury climbing unlike the typical Nowra style.

Awesome beautiful face climbing with one crux for shorter people. Otherwise all very delightful movement. Almost lost the flash and red herringed twice before retreating back to the cave to shake out the pump to finish. Thanks for the support Chris Martinez gsmizz and janelle Hing
