Warm up on this felt terrible, super spoogey on all holds and did all moves but didn't clip all draws felt like a big regression. Second go somehow linked from the start of the traverse to the jug rest and worked out better beta to the top, feeling somewhat possible now. Still hard

First fiddle on this thing, it felt super hard for the grade - but everything went together nicely on a 2nd lap. Had a redpoint burn to end the day - through first crux to rest nicely, then gassed out before the crux because I got my feet all mixed up. Another session or two should do the trick

Really struggled on the flake move again. Future Luke: realised I need all four fingers dug in deep behind the jug, right foot on the left-most foot and left leg kinda drop knees. Also, final cruxy drive-by is easier if you full-crimp the dish, place right foot on vertical edge and twist left hip to the wall.

Got to the traverse first go, didn't want to throw to the first right hand crimp. Did all the moves in one or two goes all the way to the top, feels like the crux for me is definitely the traverse and everything else will go, hard ish move near the top which I fell at on 1 rest second shot. Lowered then, quite crimpy on the sore finger.

Second go today, good one to have done (finally). I had a bunch of goes in late 2018 and/or early 2019 but haven’t been back since so it was nice to finish it off. Probably a bit warm but I managed to scrap my way through. Still can’t breathe properly so the alpine training continues.
