Ascents of Crackling Rosie

Another lap of a great climb- not clean today though!

Absolute mega classic. All routes should be this good. Has all the moves. Bummer if you can’t jam. Beautifully sustained, but not pumpy. Could do (most of) it on gear, if that's your thing.

Half tr half lead with some fall practice thrown in. Will got back for the red point next time. Would be cool to do as trad.

Would be a 3-star classic if it lost the bolts. Do yourself a favour and bring the rack, it’s fully protectable with bomber gear the entire way to the top. Make sure to bring a few smaller cams (blue/black tote from a rough eyeball).

Crack is a bit rough on the hands, but you can probably avoid jamming almost the whole way if you wanted to, without making it any harder.

Battled up the crack with no jamming skills. Nice long headwall full of good holds

Great climb. 2 ring bolts on the top of the cliff make it easy to top rope solo. A doubled 60m rope does not reach the ground though.

Really great, a memorable climb at the grade for me, especially considering my poor crack technique.
