With good rope management, the drag actually isn't too bad. We saw others having real trouble pulling the rope -- but did a TR belay and it was just fine. Not easy, but you don't expect that for a 38m route, but not hard.

2nd run up it TR Solo, slightly different arrangement of things. Better, but still didn't self-feed until I was about 20m up. Might just need to weight the rope, especially on a slabby climb. Unfortunately... if it is rap-in climb-out (like Lac Sam), this means I'll need to haul the weight up when I'm done.
