Ascents of R5

For smaller climbers the third bolt is set so high that it was a real struggle to unclip it in second. I had to sit in the rope there, clipped myself into the bolt, unclipped the rope, extended myself down to the footholds, unclipped myself after and quickly climbed to the next traversing bolt. My fumbling in the setting sun/dark took forever. I would not want to encounter this bolt in lead. The rest of the route was easy going. Nice route, but would not recommend to smaller climbers.

Nice traverse with good footholds, but slightly pumpy. The bolts in the traverse are quite high, which is good if you can reach them, but could be dangerous if you can't. Nice and easy arête/wall onto the summit of the little tower. I stepped over to the little headwall and finished up to the top.
