Checked it out the other day and sent today as a warm up while putting up the draws ....sooo, probably soft but also totally my style.

Fell at the easier first section, slipping off one of the many polished footholds. This was a classic once...

Onsight attempt was rudely ended by some absolutely stupid tick marks.

My cup of tea: technical, crimpy and a bit soft ;-).

Unfortunately also quite sharp. 2nd.

I like those sends when you have the beta dialed, everything goes super smooth and it doesnt even feel really hard anymore.... I also like a good fight though and this was probably one of the best fights I ever had! Took me about 5 min to get from the last draw to the anchor! Very happy with my fighting spirit on this one 🌈🌈

Such a cool route. A bit of effort to figure out the moves as there was zero chalk on it (no on climbed it yet this year)? Once you got everything together it's just great.

Messed up the very last move...

Very nice technical climbing; though the upper third is still quite brittle and sharp. It's written 8a+ on the wall but not sure it will survive the tide of times as 8a.

My belayer almost flew away...

Did it both ways by now, left with the underlcling and right with the crimps. Seems similar in grade to me, both ways easy 7c+.

A hilti instead of a flying broom, that its a children story i could get behind!

Not the day to do try to overcome the diva with very high humidity; she was true to her name.

The boulder crux at the start suited me quite well; technical and crimpy. Took a few hours to figure out a sequence which worked for me. In my first red point attempt the upper slopey reachy crux shut me down (which ended up being the red point crux for me). Both crux slimpers are quite slippery/polished by now, which doesn't make it any easier... Having said that it's still soft as kittens ;-)

Overall very cool route with quite a few different styles.

Not often that I can say 'havent done a climb like this before'!

On the first day I fell off on the crimps at the very end unable to make the finishing moves up to the chain due to full body pump.

Sent a lot more relaxed on the second day after my warm up go.

Was about to clean the route but luckily, after Ivos and Manuels inspiring flash I went for a second try. Very cool route with a unique crux (at this grade).

Perfect natural features.

Technical crux down low which requires body tension and thick skin. The rest ist quite enjoyable but remained pumpy (for me).

Climbing is stellar but already a bit polished :-/

Tough Start protects a nice long route.

One of those overrated classics....but so are many of H's movies.

No way 7c+. Cool climb though.
