Stoked to get the send on this! Was a battle. Maduro put the draws up and had the good idea to go back down to the lie down rest after clipping the 3rd bolt

So much to see! old rings, rock cut by rope, cool moves with a bit of spice, not enough to get the legs’a shakin tho.

Sick juggy roof into a full body rest ledge, layback on the arete to the slopy and technical slab finish

Once I stopped being a numpty and actually looked at the wall the crux was not too bad. Most of the climb was a stroll

Had a play on the first couple of bolts. Think I found some beta for getting over the lip, and for clipping the 3rd bolt

A bit confusing when to traverse across left

Quite hard to onsight with the blinding sun strike. Went easily second go. First 24 of 2024!

Very nice, but start is quite stiff at 15.

Short but good.

About as good as grade 13 sport climbing gets I suppose!

This was my first ever 20 I think, sometime around 2002.

Cruxy slab move.

Mistakenly waited until the end of the day to climb this in the sun, holds were quite dirty and greasy. Took some good whips.

A good-ish climb with questionable bolting. A quickdraw with a stiffened dogbone (e.g. a Kong Panic) would come in handy for the second bolt if you're not tall (decking potential). Might have gone a couple of holds too far right on the roof?

Far better than expected, it gets two stars in the guide but when the description specifically mentions Paines slopers, I tend to be a little apprehensive haha.

Amazing route, a mix a styles and then a free solo at the end! So powerful. I think this could go with practice to get moves more efficiently

nice climb, a bit polished

One or two moves at the grade, don't feel the need to finish at the top anchor.

Hero climbing at start to cool moves. Fell at crux being a wimp first go. Pretty mossy at the top.

Good moves with scary bolting. Although happy that it's now 5 bolts instead of 3!

Dodgy bolting made me dislike this route. Stood on ledge with 3rd bolt at your knees, committing move to 4th bolt, would have been a nasty fall if foot slipped, so gave it a pass.

Looked like a sweet boulder problem but alas that was the hard way which led to nowhere. Then was told the 20 is to the right which seemed a little too easy

What a great climb! Pumpy but fun at the start, nice lie down rest, pumpy again to get over the arete, then nice slab moves on to the top. Such wide variety!

Fun climb! Don’t forget to stab the vampire in the way up!

Slab up top could do with a good brush, not many people been up there recently, spicy run out up top and definitely worth taking an ATC to rap off

Stiff for the grade.
