Ascents as trad by Bruno Alves Buzatto having Distinct route

This was really really good. Yeah, a bit runout at times, and pitch 3 is a bit spicy to do the crux moves with sparse pro (thanks Tim!!), but so much fantastic climbing in this. The top of pitch 4 really needs big gear (#4 and bigger) to build a solid anchour that doesn't depend on a scary small bush!

2 stars?? This is shit. And there is very little protection... No bolts, so I changed it to trad. And soft for a 16...

Beautiful and classic! What an intro to the pipes. But Em and I only did pitch 1 as it was her 're-introduction' to trad multi-pitch after a long hiatus, and pitch 1 delivered enough adrenalin, after which we were happy to come down, haha... Looking forward to come back to do the top pitch.

This was brilliant — when do you get to do 2 roofs on a 14, with such good pro. Araps, why had I not been here before?!?! Done in one pitch.

Super easy start, then interesting chimney moves. Feels harder than a 14 when you suck at chimneys... Well protected.

Quite good for the grade, easy to protect for most of it (a bit harder at the top).

One of those enjoyable and fun climbs to get some more trad lead experience. The flake part of it is pretty awesome, and the top is a run out on easy slab. Can be great 'mind training' for trad leading.

The first pitch is a bit shit, but the second is sensational! You climb that pillar and then move out on a pretty exposed (but easy) arete with cracks for pro. Loved this second pitch!

Really fun and easy trad route — only my fourth lead It's still pretty scary to get out of the banana shaped cave using mostly horizontal hand jams! But good foot holds throughout...

Feels like a climb more than the 16 to the left. Great gear and nice holds when you look for them, good fun.

A decent option if you want to warm up for crack climbing or have little time at the end of the day (rings on top), like we had. In Adelaide it could have more starts, but at Moonarie I think 1 star is very generous really...

Beautiful line, perfect trad warm up. A bit awkward at the top, but lots of pro... Hangers needed for the top (and one carrot near the end as well I think).

Mid to large cams (surprisingly) at top! Good mix of styles...

First pitch is a strange off-width at the start. Third pitch has some scary lose blocks and felt committing. A humbling start to the trip!

There were some classic moments with amazing views and great exposure. But so much vegetation on your face, not sure I want to go back... I don'e even know what happened in pitch one (maybe a foothold blew?), but I was all of the sudden flying and I got caught by a 000 C3 and pure rope drag — none of my belayers had to catch the fall!!! Rope drag was horrendous throughout the day, but worst of all in pitch 1... Another highlight was smacking my own face with a 0.3 cam
