A nice looking line with some good climbing but let down by rock quality. Linked pitch 1&2 together which was fine. Pitch 3 had quite a lot of scary rock on it and I climbed super careful not to break any off onto people below. Cool exposed moves just before the anchor.

Fun fun climb Was a race to beat the rain today 1 andy 2 me - used large cams nuts dont fit unless you have larger hexes 3 andy - traverse 4 me few small pockets for cams n used a .75 and 2 cam To reduce run out coolest exposed move right b4 the belay bolts 5 me did the 17 to the left starts off on two carrots and goes to rings a few cam placment the last 15m Great fun

Even with my 6ft reach I was still totally stumped getting to the jug. Absolutely aced all the jugs to the top though... Count your wins.

Felt like a total boss getting the start. At the crux stay just right of the bolt, find crappy feet on the face and push up to the crimps. Tricky stinger at the end.

First large multi-pitch, didn't exactly know where to go on the final trad pitch and struggled to commit. Ended up traversing left and found the belay that I think is for Saccharine Nightmare. Awesome climb, will go back and lead the other pitches and do the 17 varient. 1 - Ash 2 - Vince 3 - Ash 4 - Vince 5 - Ash 6 - Vince

Absolutely a must do. Sure the climbing is easy but just so damn fun. The climbing is varied, exposed and in such an amazing position. Lead all pitches. Linked 1 & 2 (only placed 3 cams) then wanted to link the final 2 pitches to the top but ran out of draws. Take at 16 draws if you want to link the last 2 to turn this into a 3 pitch climb (recommended)

wicked climb at it's grade! a true classic. we climbed it in summer. no problem as it stays in shade until just after midday. started @ 10am. total climbing time was just under 3 hrs. took a mate out on his first multi pitch. we took 12 bolt plates + 14 quickdraws. pitch 1: bouldery start but well protected and all on rings. the rest of the climb is on carrots + a few fixed hangers. pitch 2: found this same difficulty as pitch 1. the x2 carrots for belay are right near the entrance of the giant ledge/cave at about head height. pitch 3: the best, most memorable pitch. loads of exposure. best photos. perhaps consider skipping the hanging belay (x3 carrots) and continue up to next small cave (more comfy). pitch 4: i found this to be the hardest pitch by far. pitch 5: easy climbing to finish. starts with a few carrots but then run out until top out. expect lots of rope drag as you set up a tree belay.

First multi pitch experience! A great day out with a wonderful teacher. 30 degree summer day but we managed to stay in the shade for most of it.

So awesome,Fairly good protection and mostly jugs. Pitch 2 & 3 each have one very rusty carrot bolt and someone keen should replace them. Took two sets of cams up to #3 & one #4, one set of nuts and quickdraws.
