trust your feet for the last move, with the side pull no issue.

ending is hard between the last bolt and the anchors, I may have cheated but couldn't find any holds.

Nice route, lots of ledges

Hard start with a high first bolt

packs a lot of variety. Bouldery start, techy slab, powerful layback, and a roof to finish it off. Sick! Saw Joe while belaying Mark lol

pretty burly for a slab. Found the perfect thumb pinch hold..

gnaaaaarly move in the middle using slopey small pad for both hands..uhhh..

gorgeous arete! Some really sweet moves. Would be mad scary to lead on trad..

found the start to be quite demanding but maybe it was just sore muscles from super crack..

rip big red nut. Got to learn to commit to laybacks hey..

Start is super reach dependent

Wow, this was quite the journey. Takes you through a chimney, cruxy overhang, fairly enjoyable crack, gnarly chicken wing, and steeeeeep finish. Forgot to breathe for the last 5 mins. Mega! Took so much out of both of us that we packed up and went for a swim in the New lol

Cool wavy bulby scoopy features on this one. Mark found gear a bit finicky.

Spicy and so so good.

Very techy and fun. Felt a tad soft, kept waiting for the crux, maybe it’s just techy and pumpy

Hard to read, couldn’t get past the first bolt lol onsight gone. Might go for the redpoint

Amazing slab climbing

wet rock is no bueno. Its neighbour seemed better after the rain.

P1 offers mild crack climbing with a couple of hard moves to get situated in the crack. If you are reading this, do yourself a favour and stop at P1 anchor. The top out of P2 is caked with runoff (May 2024) which resulted in a 2hr ascent. The two crimps below the anchor were filled with mud leading to some type 2 fun.

Good if you like a chossy adventure, or a great pic for the gram.

Very chill lead for the grade.

Does it count as a clean send if you undergrip on mega jugs on a 5.8 then fall 2m onto a ledge standing and your belayer doesn't even notice?

Sick Yosemite intro - p6 was the scariest thing I've ever led, 2 pitons and one worthwhile cam placement over 30m of traversing while still not totally trusting the granite smears - the handholds were the equivalent of pulling on a stale arnotts lemon crisp at points.

Felt like I went through a footwork class over 10 pitches and it finally started to click by the end. Shit's rough in the valley.

Linked 1/2, 3/4, 7-8.5 then ran out of rope.

thanks to the nice old couple for letting us borrow their stick clip for the first high bolt..

almost got it the first time without slapping the arete somehow but couldn't commit. Gave it a few good goes to figure out the boulder problem. Good fun!
