Ascents in Northern Sierra Nevada as Clean

Fun multipitch, don't let the first pitch fool you, the second and third pitches get very technical.

Oh man, so awesome! Would be tough to place gear on the enduro lieback. Got it clean on the second try. I'm psyched to try this one on lead.

Followed Jenna up this wacky corner. Tough to get around the roof, but really good.

Mike lead this, and had a bit of trouble with the thin slab section by the bolt. Possibly because I was seconding, but I had no problem at all -- looked at it, thought, then just climbed it with no difficulty.

The pull up over the roof is just awesome -- jugs, but big moves. Then more jugs up the face above, fun and easy.

Cockabooty has a few variations, we top-roped a variations with a 5.8 finish -- staying left to pull a few harder moves over the bulge at the end of the lay-back section.

Some very interesting moves up the initial crack with bad feet below, including at time a very high right foot. Definitely a cruxy sequence. Then a 2nd thin-holds crux around the first bolt. Very happy to get this clean first try.

This went clean, too. Some thin moves, here and there. Glad my slab technique is decent.

After a couple false-starts on the opening thin moves, I managed to get them. Then the rest went clean first try.

Fantastic jams. Probably easier with my smaller hands. The start and the left traverse to join Firecracker both looked difficult to protect.

Sit start felt V3.

There is one move in the corner below the roof that is very like to Hospital Corner crux. If you can climb this corner up and down smooth you are ready for the best .10a at Lover's Leap.

Move over the roof can be done smooth and statically. It's a footwork and body positioning puzzle for some climbers and it worth to be completed.

A clean run before a clean lead.

To toprope it lead extremely well bolted Candyass.

With 70m rope it's possible to reach in one pitch a good belay ledge. After it there is mostly 4th class terrain with occasional 5.easy moves.

It's better to climb it in approach shoes.

Very soft. Good rests between moves.

A good crack climbing exercise. Perfect hand and foot jams all the way up.

Easy to toprope the lower half (green to yellow C4 to build an anchor).

An interesting start with a couple of thin moves and a boring straightforward soft finish.

Note, the bolt is very rusty and probably need a replacement.

Soft. Some laybacking, some face moves.
