Crux of the entire weekend

Currently more of a huck da heel up hang start..but it’s coming together and pretty cool. Lots of big burly moves..start with LH on ok arete pad, and RH on large flat rail. Feels like it’ll go around V6

Lead attempt at end of day. Essentially landed on Maddie. Might stick clip second bolt to start next time..

Would be much more classic indeed if it wasn't a continual grind through goopie slippery stuff & she-oak exfoliation. The crux is bloody hard, with some average/small gear. Take care also at the top out.

Totally shut down at the start. Couldn't stick the moves. Hard.

Gave it a few whirls on lead after top roping. Good gear, but important not to lose your locks at the crux. Another one to work on. Love it.

Fell off from top slab on onsight attempt...wang. What a sting in the buttocks.

More lichen lichen lichen bloody everywhere!! Would be such a good climb otherwise. Popped off whilst arm baring up the awkward crack. The micro nut which saved my ass is any ones for the taking, but i don't think it'll be going anywhere anytime soon...

Last climb of the day, pumped out from numerous attempts at Sponge Bob. Nearly decked from final platform!! Eiiiik!!

Clean up until the cool curving finger crack. Too pumped to clip 4th from right hand jug
