Ascents as sport by Mattia Fornari having Distinct route

I didn’t know there were routes like this in the blues, I very long sequence of technical climb, the send was a bit anticlimactic, chalking up on the last crimp quite fresh compared to all the other shot. Anyway beautiful

Maybe I should do more traversing routes. SPOILER ALLERT: There is a no hand rest half way, feel like a 24 +full rest and a 25. It is definitely a tricky rest( and might just the rest gives a extra grade).

This route took quite too much time but it was fun to work on it for a while.

Today on my last shot I told my belayer that I was going to clean it and give up with this one, but something snapped in my brain while I climbed the crux and I decided a different foot further to the left for the drive-by and clip (crossing), and there it was - I found myself screaming and holding on.

Found this red point much harder than all the other 29s and 30s that I’ve sent. Might not be my style.

Unexpected, despite I waking up hangover I managed to bring this home, sick sequence swapping hang on the pocket on the upper crux

Pretty nice for a short route, did all the move , need to come back before winter

Another sick 30, love the beta feet first and keep turning (360 degrees), probably harder.

Good warmup skipping the right crimp on the crux moves adding a grade 😅

Spent too much time on the sloppery hold (wish it hadn’t been there) and if it wasn’t for that I may have onsighted. Much harder and cooler than Mr Redeemer.

If you are short can be 24 I reckon

Wow , love this one but again… maybe I m climbing too much without resting…I couldn t do the one move of the crux and despite seems so hard for a 27 I cannot wait to come back to try again this one .

A bit hard the crux for my shoulder injury

Did most of the move, tried few time, felt much harder than the 28 I did lately.

Exhausted at the end of the day after quite a fair amount of climb I fell at the last hold. Actually better that what it looks like

I m running out the of good climbs of grade 25/26 to onsight and end up to find myself on choss is inevitable. But this one is unique in is kind: arrived underneath it I got amazed about how much choss , sand , moisture,spiderwebs, glue there was on it, despite everything it looked amazing from far away and I decided to give it a shot and I purely loved it from start to end

Chossy . BUT: I enjoyed this one much more than dark energy, there aren’t many routes like this in the blues. If you get lost keep traversing right a bit more….
