A monsterous quest involving many gambles. Quite fun and definitely memorable. I fell off half a meter below the anchor, after choosing to go the wrong way which was unfortunately very tick marked, very sad emoji. Beta for the top available on request I brushed those ticks off on the lower off.

Hard start followed by lovely wall climbing

Absolutely delightful movement on perfect rock. Somewhat bold start aswell

Tried to link first two pitches to get some more climbing in, so lowered off after a long traverse to toprope these two pumpy sustained pitches. Ended up by climbing the last pitches of sweet dreams.

Gassed from yesterday, bailed to Sweet Dreams.

Got stuck at the thin move under the rooflet. Great lead by Will. Single rack of cams.

Not really a fan of the boyce mixed 'classics'. That flake isnt going to be there forever.

Onsight of P1 followed by getting off route right onto the 23...dog and lowering off...

Amazing climb, it flows up the bolts with some very nice cruces and some super cool moves. Had it so close on 4th go but wasn't enough. Super happy to have done it with one rest on first day at it Definitely coming back to it soon.

I didn’t read the description of this route and found myself struggling on sloppers and with not enough QuickDraws

What a sequence, hard for me , managed do to with one rest after the pocket move. ( not my style, I need some hold to shake 😅). Happy to come back and give one more shot now that I know all the moves.

Omg!! Found my route’mate. I just love 40> mitres pitches and this one damn is hard from the start to the very last move, but good solid rests every now and then. Probably my favourite route in the blues(my style 🙃).

one sloppy attempt about 7 years ago, but took my chance to get on it this weekend in perfect weather. Great varied climb with historic significance

Classic Shipley. Will be nice to go up this again with draws already on - cool moves leaving the rooflet

A nice line up the corner of an amazing climbing location. Good gear pretty much whenever you need it, but not a crack climb.

The 3 trad pitches were excellent quality.

The sport exit pitch nearly killed us.

Rick pulled on a microwave-and-a-half-sized boulder as he was topping out, felt it move and instinctively let go.

The block was dislodged and we think it fell onto his lead rope below and sandwiched it between the two rock surfaces.

He then fell and the force on the rope causes the boulder to fall the rest of the way off the cliff and the forces at play shred (and what looks like melts!) the sheath between the two rocks. There's about 50 cm of exposed core. But, impressively, none of the strands have broken!

I hear "ROCK!" and faceplant against the cliff face and the rock magically falls past me and none of us are dead.

Beautiful wall, fun climb dry fired twice on the small crimp after the side pull clip. Keen to get it!

Pretty fun and pretty chill. Lots of bolts and a nice position, but a bit of choss, and not quite classic.

Super route, especially when you forget your bolt plates at home. First pitch was pumpy at times then technical. Weather was perfect, sun came on us around 1:30pm on the 3rd pitch. 3.5 hours car to car.

I never log ascents. Just wanted to add the block in the MIDDLE of pitch 2 looks like its getting closer to being a flight risk. Not the previously discussed belay ledge block.
