Ascents in Victoria by Harrie Van de Linde

think its this one, old book is a little vague. middle climb, between both caves, easy lay backs

very hot morning but we made our way up. this route is actually ok in the morning sun due to all belays being fully shaded. ive soloed this route a few times before but Chloes first Multi so started easy.

pretty easy, ran up to set up a top rope for a few people

for mpg training, another party was on LP.

yeah its prob good for this area, felt a little sandy, top out has some loose rock good thing about this wall is that it stays dry when the rest of the crag is wet. the 21 and 25 are prob best in the rain, but would be quite hard to TRS.

This is another awesome wall and great looking route, I just did the crux totally wrong and got in some positions that made it very difficult. Also did it all in one pitch, clipping the pitons creates a lot of drag so some big slings are needed

This is an adventurous climb when you go the right way, so I’m sure I had a mega mission!!! Started up too high and went onto down climbing a 23, then back cleaned and started again. Then went through and onto the aftermath crux. Backed off that too and finished the route. Really cool, couple of super exposed moves on blind jams!!!

Bit of a squeeze line

Awesome stuff, should have got it but just couldn’t, from a jam to face.

Oooofff this is damn hard, need a bit of head game for these bold slaby face runouts. But I downclimbed, so I’ll come back for a flash eventually

Didn’t know what this was until after I finished the route. Could do the mantle clean.

First pitch Horus. Second and third pitch were nice.

Couldn’t find the hidden hold🙁 but finished on top rope.

Had the beta, soo finished the climb but I did try to jam, rather than going straight for the jug.

not technical onsite because we were working out best way to start it, didnt read description first. pretty good final section

quite hard as it was light raining when we tried it, on small holds. also didn't want to top out on the slippery moss for an average climb. - with the excessive amount of bolts on the top for anchors, surely a few more on some of the face climbs would be possible, otherwise leading a lot of these is just soloing and silly.

great piece of rock and actually well spaced bolts. could say its a soft 21 but real nice

Awesome route that stands as a test piece in the centre face of the south gorge. but unfortunately you get a false sense of confidence with the great jams turning to steep #4 offwidth. i did try some new stacking techniques but it's above me now unfortunately.

first pitch only. second is pro-less chimney, will rap in to try.

Another super classic of Buffalo that is severely underclimbed!!! Only because it’s out of the way for most.

Hard slab, very slick and small rock

Bloody awesome climb, First pitch is MEGA!!! Traverse is scary on the only M6? Bolt. Only last pitch is a bit mossy but nice.

Got the first part, but aid section is seaping and full of moss: Went out left instead, small finger traverse (22-23)? But very chossy and loose flakey rock.

Should have lead it, but one for next time.
