Couldn't work out how to climb off the big ledge after Tormaline without going through some scary runout choss. Bailed onto the garden route to top out then lowered down and toproped the last classic crack pitch. Glorious!

Great day out. The wide sections aren't really that bad, just reach into the belly of the flared monsters to get the good jams. We did 4 super long pitches up to the top of the proper climbing and then 2 extra through the dirty garbage at the top. Pitch three through the bulge then transitioning to the other crack system is just delicious.

As far as experiences go, this route has to be up there with the best. I loved every part of it including the chimney. Then that traverse is absolutely insane leading out to the exposed arete. Fizz levels were off the chart for both Trent and me after this one.

Day 3 of fat Michelin Man afternoon climbing and boy did I pay for the extra weight on this one. Almost couldn't even get off the ground with the amount of layers I had on. Probably the best 15 I've done.
